- We call you back
To understand the room and to find a time. If your building only allows vendors at certain hours, tell us then and we work around it.
- We measure at your home
Every opening, with the swatches in hand and the light of the actual room. This is where we tell you which mount your window needs, and where a shade will not solve what you are asking it to solve.
- We check your building’s rules
If you live in a condominium, we ask the association for its window covering rules before anything is ordered, and the quote is built to match them.
- You get a written quote
Per window, with the exact fabric named, the lead time and the install date. Fixed, and before you pay anything.
- Our own team installs
The people who measured come back to fit it. If something is not right afterwards, you call the same number you called at the start.

No. The in-home measurement and the written quote are free and carry no obligation. You pay nothing until you have approved a quote.

Can you come outside office hours?
Ask when you call. Some buildings only let vendors work at set times, and we would rather book the visit around that than turn up and be sent away.
Do you answer in Spanish?
Yes. The call, the measurement, the quote and the installation can all be in Spanish. Romina was born in Buenos Aires.
